VINTAGE MAXWELL HOUSE COFFEE JAR with LID
The jar is in terrific condition; no cracks or chips.  It measures ~6 inches tall; the base is ~3 3/4 inches across; the top opening is ~2 1/4 inches;  The lid is imprinted: "GEORGE BURNS AND GRACIE ALLEN Two Great Stars in a Great Radio Show THURSDAY NIGHT NBC MAXWELL HOUSE COFFEE TIME"; It screws on very smoothly.  The label is in very good condition.  I taped it down on the front- it doesn't quite fit together.  Presumably dried out and shrunk with age.
Based on when the Burns and Allen show ran on radio, the jar is likely from the 1940's.
