    Description

    On offer is a Mikimoto pearl brooch or pin set in sterling silver. The brooch has a single akoya pearl in the center of a chrysanthum flower. The chrysanthemum is the imperial flower of Japan, and appears on the imperial seal. The piece is very detailed, with textured petals and leaves. The Mikimoto hallmarks of an S and an M in a shell are on the reverse. The brooch measures 1 3/4" long and 1 3/8" wide.
